Comparative Analysis Chinese Green Buildings’ of Input–Output Effect Based on Data Envelope Analysis

چکیده

In order to measure implementation management efficiency of Chinese green buildings, the input–output index system buildings was constructed base on provincial-level panel data during 2017–2021.The basic model Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and DEA-Malmquist method were adopted analyze development law time–region evolution tendency from static dynamic perspectives, contributing clarifying critical factors restricting building development, respectively. It found that comprehensive lower, but good. There a remarkable regional provincial difference, showing pattern “east > middle west” as whole. Pure technical did not have big gap, most areas kept an invalid scale state, resulting in fluctuations varying degrees. The average annual increase Total Factor Productivity (TFP) 14.80%, indicating TFP developed well. Technical progress considered decisive factor restrain or decrease TFP. As result, improve it is necessary focus destroying limitations, optimizing input moderately, paying attention innovation management.
